Truskavets is the most unique and attractive balneological health resort in Ukraine. It is situated in a picturesque valley to the north of the Eastern Carpathian foothills at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. This is a city of special natural beauty with pure, clean air nestled between wooded slopes and gently flowing rivers. The resort lies at the distance of 100km to the south of Lviv and 90 km from the western border of Ukraine. The railway connects it with the biggest cities of Ukraine, as well as the former Soviet republics and Baltic republics. Electric trains, buses and minibuses run from Truskavets to Lviv, where there is an international airport. 1. 100% payment of services will be transfer by Internet acquiring (e-invoice) or by bank-to-bank transfers to the bank account of TOUR OPERATOR, and is to be received in TOUR OPERATORs bank account not later than 10 days before the arrival of the tourists in Ukraine. In case of payment by e-invoice tourist covers 3.5% banking fee.
2. All bank charges incurred in the transfer of monies to be borne by tourist so that TOUR OPERATOR receives the actual amount agreed for the services being provided.
3. CANCELLATION CHARGES:
3.1. In case of no-show for individual tourists or groups of 9 pax or less TOUR OPERATOR takes 2-nights price of accommodation in the hotel
3.2. For groups of 10 pax and more:
- 14 days prior to arrival - free of charge
- 13-10 days prior to arrival - 5% of total price
- 9-7 days prior to arrival - 8% of total price
- 6-4 days prior to arrival - 15% of total price
- 3-1 days prior to arrival - 20% of total price
- less than one day or no-show - 25% of total price |
