For individual tourists:
In case of late cancellation of the bookings the hotel takes 100% of the given prepayment for 1 nights stay. The late cancellation of the booking is the one made later than:
- 120 hours before arrival in the period from 01/05/07 till 30/09/07;
- 48 hours before arrival in the period from 01/03/07 till 30/04/07and from 01/10/07 till 31/10/07;
- 24 hours before arrival in the period from 01/11/07 till 28/02/07.
3.4.2. For groups (a group is any quantity of guests who occupies more than 5 rooms at the same time in the hotel in any period):
- 10 days before arrival (in case of late cancellation the penalty will make 50% of the rate of 1 nights stay at the hotel.)
- 5 days before arrival (in case of late cancellation the penalty will make 100% of the rate of 1 nights stay at the hotel.) |
