It's cosy and colorful, it's the only hostel in the old center, and it's on the 2nd floor of a historical 125 year-old Gestapo building !
	The Midland Youth Hostel is very easy and fast to reach, and within 10 minutes walking distance from our place, you can find a supermarket, bistros and restaurants, bars and clubs (we are located in the bar/club zone of Bucharest), money exchange houses, travel agencies, train tickets agencies, banks, to say nothing of one of the oldest and most beautiful parks in Bucharest, the Cismigiu Park, which is only 1 minute away from our hostel.
	Staying here , you will be maximum 5 minutes away from the main points of interest of the capital: the famous House of People ( now called The Palace of the Parliament), Vlad Tepes' old palace, the National Theatre, the Opera house, the University, etc.
	Right now, we have 3 rooms. 1. Orange (10 bed room) and Red (12 bed room) are the first ones, so the reception , laundry service and internet are there. Orange is quieter and darker, it is for late sleepers or light sleepers. Red gives onto the main street, which makes it a bit noisier and a lot brighter. We have dark curtains, of course, so don't worry too much about getting blinded by the sunshine! 2. A double room, situated exactly in the heart of the historical center. The building is very old and looks like a maze, but is should be very interesting for people who like genuine old buildings. It has a TV, a fridge and an extra sink .There is NO air conditioning and NO internet access. There is a bathroom (with a shower) and NO kitchen.
